Having seen this image unaccredited, my first thought was "some sort of artist's installation at a museum, which has made use of an existing statue."
Nope. Apparently it's a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton which Google have at their HQ, and slowly, bit by bit, the flamingos have appeared. No one knows why.
I would much rather it be at a museum, so the staff can confuse kids. "Yup, that's what wiped out the dinosaurs. Flamingos only eat shrimp now because they killed all the larger prey and had to adapt."
